  • Agent must meet Trinity’s culture standards and operate morally and ethically within our guiding principles.
  • Be sales focused and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Be incorporated and must maintain a functional and professional business office.
  • Be able to generate in excess of one million in gross revenue per year.
  • Meet and exceed Trinity’s net revenue margin minimums.
  • Must be a sound business person with good budgeting and expense habits.
  • Must be financially stable.
  • Must commit to the Logistics Solutions Provider (LSP) mindset, and must be educated in all services that Trinity offers.
  • Must be willing to handle the culture shock of working with a partner that gives them unconditional support and works in unison with them to help them succeed.
  • Must be able to endure banging their head on desk repeatedly after realizing they should have made this move a long time ago.
